About the Role
Our Client's Global Corporate Access team serves as a strategic partner to investment professionals by facilitating meaningful engagement with corporate management teams, Investor Relations professionals, industry experts, and other key market participants. Working closely with colleagues across North America, Europe, and Asia, the team helps deliver differentiated insights and access opportunities that support the investment process.
We are seeking a confident, relationship-oriented professional with direct experience in Corporate Access, Investor Relations, sell-side research, institutional sales, investment banking, or a related investment-industry role. The successful candidate will be a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, builds credibility quickly with internal and external stakeholders, and proactively identifies opportunities that add value to the investment process.
This individual must be comfortable representing our client with professionalism and confidence while engaging with senior executives, Investor Relations professionals, and investment professionals across the firm's global platform.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and Strengthen Strategic Relationships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate management teams, Investor Relations professionals, sell-side partners, industry experts, and third-party providers.
- Serve as a trusted representative of the company when engaging with CEOs, CFOs, Investor Relations teams, and other senior leaders.
- Proactively identify and cultivate new relationship opportunities that align with investment team priorities.
- Educate external stakeholders on the company's long-term investment philosophy and research process to strengthen awareness, trust, and engagement.
Partner with Investment Professionals
- Develop a deep understanding of analyst and portfolio manager research priorities, investment philosophies, and sector interests.
- Act as a strategic partner to investment professionals by identifying and originating high-impact meetings, events, and research opportunities.
- Anticipate investment team needs and proactively deliver relevant access opportunities that support investment decision-making.
- Facilitate relationship-building opportunities for newly assigned analysts by leveraging insights into company preferences and stakeholder dynamics.
Originate and Execute Corporate Access Opportunities
- Independently source, organize, and manage corporate access engagements, including management meetings, conferences, site visits, field trips, expert engagements, and conference calls.
- Research companies, management teams, industries, and market developments to identify differentiated access opportunities.
- Navigate complex scheduling and relationship challenges while maintaining a high level of responsiveness, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Partner with meeting planners and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of events and engagements when logistical support is required.
Collaborate Across a Global Organization
- Work closely with colleagues across the Global Corporate Access team in North America, Europe, and Asia to deliver a coordinated experience for investment professionals.
- Partner with teams across the organization, including Compliance, Meetings & Events, Research Data Services, Technology, and Sales.
- Maintain accurate records and reporting related to corporate access activity and utilization within CorpAxe.
- Contribute to team initiatives, process improvements, and broader efforts to enhance the Corporate Access program globally.
Qualifications
Required Experience
- 5-8+ years of direct experience in Corporate Access, Investor Relations, institutional sales, equity research, investment banking, or another client-facing role within financial services.
- Direct experience working with public company management teams and Investor Relations professionals strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of capital markets, public companies, and the investment research process.
- Knowledge or experience within Industrials, small cap or related sectors is a plus.

Communication & Technical Skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required.
- Experience with CorpAxe, CapIQ, Bloomberg, FactSet, or similar industry platforms preferred.
- Familiarity with AI and productivity tools is a plus.
Education
- Bachelor's degree required.
- CFA, CFA Foundations, Investor Relations Certificate, MBA, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
